Before UIS was incorporated as a property development company in 1992, the founder Dato Jeffrey Low was in construction for over 10 years. His vast experiences led him to start his own company UIS. From then onwards UIS has completed many residential developments as well as government joint ventures to assist the people of Kedah with owning their own home by the government’s Projek Perumahan Rakyat (PPR) or People’s Housing Project.
