Syed Alfian Barakbah was born on 8th May 1969 in Alor Setar, Kedah Darul Aman. He attended Hawaii Pacific University with Bachelor of Science in business administration majoring in travel industry and management.
He was also the administrative officer for Sri Wani Tours and Travel a subsidiary of Sriwani Holdings Bhd. He sits on the Board of Director of UIS JV Holdings Sdn. Bhd.
He is the son of Y. Bhg. Dato’ Paduka Syed Mansor bin Syed Kassim Barakbah
